We suggest that you download the mp3 audio file to an mp3 player or to a CD (mp3 or audio format) disc or record to a cassette to listen to during the formal practice. Download by right-mouse click on the link then choose "save link as" in order to save to your computer and perhaps later to an mp3 player. Listen directly on the computer by left-mouse double-click on the link, which could take some time for buffering (It is suggested that you turn off or cover the computer screen during the formal sitting).
-Keep a diary about your practice and write to Dr Huynh once (or twice) a week in order to report your practice and to ask questions (you could choose to share part of your practice diary). Please post questions early in the week if there is something not clear in the instruction, in order to practice correctly. Indicate where (first, second week etc...) you are in the course with each report. The reports and questions are important parts of the training that would show the students and the instructor what needs to be reinforced/clarified. They will also be anonymously posted to the forum to help other students in their practice.
Please email Dr Huynh when you are ready to begin and committed to complete the course in order to receive the necessary material for practice, including the audio-guided instruction.

(Please cite two most difficult topics):
What would you add and what would you rather not have (please
write a few):
Would you like the idea of (by phone or online) weekly group sessions or perhaps an one-hour session at the beginning and a four-hour "retreat" at the end, where you can listen to the instructor, sit "together" with other participants and directly share your experience and ask questions.
